THE BIBLE
We believe that the Bible, consisting of all the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, is the flawless, inspired Word of God. We believe the Bible is without error in the original writings and is the final authority on God's will for all humanity for all time. We believe that there is only one single meaning of any Bible passage. Our goal, aided by the Holy Spirit, is to do our best to understand the Author’s original meaning. We believe the truth behind every passage remains the same through time, though applications may differ.

GOD THE FATHER
We believe there is but one true God who eternally exists as three distinct persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who share in the sovereign rule over the past, present and future.

GOD THE SON
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ became a man without ceasing to be God, in order to reveal God and to redeem mankind. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies concerning the Jewish Messiah (e.g. virgin birth, descendent of King David). No man is reconciled to God the Father except through Jesus Christ.

GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe that the Holy Spirit is God. His ministry is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. He convicts individuals concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment and, at the moment of salvation He regenerates, indwells, and secures all believers. As He places believers into the Body of Christ, He also gives them spiritual gifts, to be used in love and for the purpose of edifying the Body and impacting the world. He also fills, empowers and teaches the believer in response to confession of sin and yielding to Him.

JESUS' WORK
We believe that Jesus came to Earth to redeem man from his lost condition back into fellowship with God. After living a sinless life, He offered His body as a sacrifice on the cross, His death paying for the sin of humanity. Raised up from death, He gives life and hope to all who trust in Him. He then ascended back to Heaven, sitting at the right hand of the Father to intercede for believers.

HUMANITY'S STATUS
We believe that humans were created in the image of God and are loved by Him, but through an inherited sinful nature and their own sinful choices are separated from God. In this condition, unredeemed humans are enslaved to the world, the flesh, and the devil, and are under God’s wrath and ultimate righteous judgment.

HUMANITY'S SALVATION
We believe that through Jesus’ death on the cross, people can be reconciled with God by repentance and faith in Jesus and His work. God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ. The believer is secure in their salvation for eternity. This is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian.

NEW LIFE
We believe the evidence of genuine faith in Christ will be a life of obedience to God’s Word. This can only be accomplished as we live in dependence upon the Spirit’s power that God may be glorified.

THE FUTURE
We believe that God has had a plan for this world and been implementing that plan since the very beginning to the present and will to the end of time. Jesus will return to judge humanity and to establish His reign over all creation. Each person will either exist eternally in hell, separated from God by sin, or eternally in heaven with God through forgiveness and salvation in Christ.
